E-Learning – MTM training at any time and any place
Shorter training periods and thus shorter absences of employees, globally uniform training scopes, training documents and degrees, innovative didactic elements and a consistently high quality – these are the most important requirements for MTM training in Germany and at international locations of globally active companies.
The MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. has developed a blended learning concept with which certain training courses can be completed in the form of e-learning (i. e. online from anywhere in the world) and other parts as face-to-face courses. The first training via E-Learning is MTM-1 Base.
For MTM member companies and customers, the blended learning concept is profitable for several reasons – here are the most important
- Fewer attendance days
MTM-1 Base in the form of e-learning shortens the attendance time by 5 days. MTM-1 Base is sufficient as an access requirement for a more highly aggregated MTM process building system. Fewer attendance days in training mean more presence of employees in the company.
- Multilingualism
E-learning is offered in several languages. This ensures that the process module system MTM-1 is communicated uniformly worldwide, which in turn serves the uniform distribution and application of MTM.
- Internationalization
E-Learning simplifies access to MTM training at foreign locations. Furthermore, e-learning enables MTM training in countries where no national MTM association exists.
