Your way to the Blue and Green Card
MTM and EAWS Practitioners
The MTM-1 Base training course (as classroom training, webinar or e-learning) is the first step in qualifying as an MTM Practitioner. Based on this, you select the MTM process building system suitable for your operational requirements. The qualification as EAWS Practitioner starts directly with the EAWS training. After the practical application in the company, you complete the MTM or EAWS practitioner training. Upon successful completion you will receive the "Blue Card". This is valid for three years.
Public training, in-house training and coaching on the job
The MTM or EAWS practitioner training courses can be completed as public training, as in-house training and in the form of coaching on the job. Coaching on the job is a training in the company in intensive individual supervision or in small groups of up to a maximum of three participants within the framework of a company design or improvement project.
The MTM practitioner refresher course is carried out with a focus on an MTM process building system. The participation in a training MTM practitioner refresher course is sufficient for the extension (of all process building systems) of the "Blue Card".

As an instructor, you can independently conduct MTM and EAWS training in your company. Prerequisites are the successful completion of the training MTM or EAWS Instructor and at least one license course as well as the membership of your company in the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V.
