MTM-1®
MTM-1 (MTM Basic System) is the MTM process building block system on the hierarchical level of basic movements and is designed for modeling processes in quantity production. It consists of basic movements to which MTM standard time values are assigned depending on time influencing factors. All higher aggregated MTM process building block systems are based on MTM-1.
DATA CARDMTM-2®
MTM-2 is an MTM process building block system on the hierarchical level of movement sequences. It is designed for modeling processes in repetitive and quantity production. The process building block system consists of motion sequences to which MTM standard time values are assigned depending on time influencing variables.
DATA CARDMTM-UAS®
MTM-UAS (Universal Analyzing System) is an MTM process building block system on the hierarchical level of basic operations for modeling processes in batch production. It consists of MTM-UAS basic operations and MTM-UAS standard operations, to which MTM standard time values are assigned depending on time influencing variables. MTM-UAS is the most frequently used MTM process building block system worldwide.
MTM-MEK®
MTM-MEK (MTM in One-of-a-Kind and Small Batch Production) is an MTM process building block system on the hierarchical level of the basic operations, designed for modeling processes in one-of-a-kind and small batch production. It consists of MTM-MEK basic operations and MTM-MEK standard operations, to which MTM standard time values are assigned depending on time influencing variables.
MTM-SD®
MTM-SD (MTM standard data) is an MTM process module system on the hierarchical level of movement sequences and designed for modeling processes in series production. The process building block system consists of motion sequences to which MTM standard time values are assigned depending on time influencing variables.
DATA CARDMTM-HWD®
MTM-HWD (Human Work Design) is a process building block system to be arranged on the hierarchy level of the movement sequences and with regard to the process type between the process building block systems MTM-1 and MTM-SD. MTM-HWD delivers four results with only one analysis: Process description, time, ergonomics & productivity key figure eHPU.

MTM-Easy is the cloud based software solution for the calculation of benchmark times. The MTM benchmark time is the time in which the work system can perform a task, depending on the general conditions in the company (degree of organisation of production and workplace layout), determined on the basis of internationally recognised MTM time standards.

TiCon is the standard software for the MTM application under Windows as well as in SAP and Teamcenter. The software solution analyses processes and times on the basis of the MTM process module systems, collects all data centrally, evaluates them according to various aspects and also ensures smooth data exchange with existing ERP, PLM and PPM Systems.

EAWS (Ergonomic Assessment Worksheet) is the internationally recognised standard for assessing the ergonomic risk of an activity. Stress points are awarded for ergonomically unfavourable situations. Their number increases with the level and duration of the load. It covers postures/movements, static and dynamic action forces, load handling and short-cycle repetitive upper limb loading.
WORK SHEET INFO SHEETMTMmotion®
MTMmotion is an interface for the description of digital motion data and translation into MTM simulation analyses. Arm, body, leg and eye movements as well as body postures and object information are mapped in the interface. These data are used to derive simulation analyses in the MTM-HWD, MTM-UAS and MTM-MEK process building block systems.
MTM-LOG®
The MTM-Logistics data is based on the process building block system MTM-UAS and thus on the hierarchical level of operation steps and operation sequences. MTM logistics data are used for planning, designing and optimizing logistics processes.
ProKon
ProKon (production-oriented design) is an MTM-based process for the analysis and evaluation of constructive solutions with regard to their suitability for assembly. With ProKon, indications for the improvement of constructive solutions are systematically identified and quantified with regard to their impact on productivity.
INFO SHEETMTM-eHPV
MTM-eHPV is a key figure which measures the construction-related work content of a vehicle in vehicle assembly. MTM-eHPV process modules allow to describe, evaluate and compare product designs within the scope of a vehicle disassembly. In addition, eHPV evaluation is used to describe and visualize constructive characteristics of the components.
MTM-VI
MTM-VI (Visual Inspection) is a procedure for the evaluation of industrial testing activities. It takes into account, among other things, test field size, eye adjustment and shifting of gaze, vision, recognition and decision-making. The current ergonomic and medical findings were taken into account during data development.
