Video Requirements
Perspective & Obstructions
Use a preferably frontal, elevated camera perspective. Avoid side and rear views. Ensure a clear view of hands, arms, components, and tools.
Image Frame
The arms, upper body, and workstation should be fully visible while keeping the frame as close as possible to capture relevant details.
Camera Movement
The recording should be stable, without shaking or zooming. Whenever possible, record from a fixed position at one workstation. Any necessary camera movements should be slow and smooth.
Quality / Lighting / Contrast
Use a consistent perspective with a sharp image, good lighting, and clear contrast.
Content
Record realistic work content, ideally involving only one person. Activities should be clearly visible and performed calmly, deliberately, and consistently.
