The board of directors of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang, Head of the MTM Institute, will become second CEO of the Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft Industrie- und Wirtschaftsberatung mbH, a 100 % subsidiary of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., as of July 1, 2020, and will manage its business operations. Knuth Jasker, who has held this position for more than 20 years, will stay on as CEO until the end of the year; from January 1, 2021, Peter Kuhlang will manage the company alone.

Global Relationship Partner Ralf Jaehnke will take over management of the company’s Consulting services on 1 July 2020. Franz Coriand, Head of Sales & Support (Business Unit Software), will become Head of Digital Solutions at the company as of 1 July 2020. Both have been granted power of attorney.

As of January 1, 2021, Peter Kuhlang also takes over the management of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V.

Knuth Jasker will continue to support the new managing director in an advisory capacity for a further two years and will devote himself in particular to strategic questions concerning the further development of the industry association. The focus will be on digitalization and internationalization.

After the decision, Chairman Dr. Ernst Krämer emphasized that the Management Board was primarily concerned with continuity in the work of the industry association. He said he was particularly pleased that all management positions had been filled from within the company.
