"We promote what we demand!" is the motto at Leopold KOSTAL GmbH & Co. KG. The company sees itself as responsible for bringing all employees along on the path to Industry 4.0 and therefore also creates the best conditions for adequate employee qualification at store floor level. As part of the research project "Process and work-related learning in assembly for future-oriented employee qualification", PALM4.Q for short, a training center was created at KOSTAL in Lüdenscheid that serves as a learning and development environment for qualification concepts in assembly, as well as concepts for future-oriented assembly processes and their communication in workshops.
