For him, the operations profitability audit is of particular importance in the service portfolio. "With this entry-level tool, we create a basis for the key figure-based improvement of the operating result – aligned with best practice in the respective industry", says Jaehnke. He also formulates the self-image of the experts at Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH accordingly: "In the future, we increasingly act as an enabler for more productivity in the company."

"Cloud first": TiCon as software standard for all systems
Managing productivity with MTM and determining target times with paper and pencil? For Franz Coriand, Director Business Unit Digital Solutions, that doesn't go together. "For me, using the MTM process language means effective workplace design using state-of-the-art technologies and in (data) interaction with competent partners", he says. He believes that designing workplaces with the MTM software TiCon is both an analytical and creative process. "The IE'ler goes from being a passive planner to an active designer", says Coriand. The Director Business Unit Digital Solutions has his sights firmly set on the future: "We want to offer a software standard for all systems!" That's why "cloud first" applies – from Azure to SAP Cloud to AWS.
Concept "Easy" for getting started with time management
For customers or interested parties who do not (yet) operate a systematic time management system, but have recognized that time data are the basis for high productivity and accurate quotation calculation, Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH has developed the Concept "Easy":
